This Summer, the Dutch agency, Oxyma, came to Puerto Rico to train Lopito, Ileana & Howie‘s team on data mining and omni-channel tools, processes and solutions. One of the many benefits of being an ICOM member!

Oxyma is a 15 year old agency in the Netherlands, which has established itself as a leading omni-channel agency in Europe, as well as in the Icom Network. Oxyma improves its clients’ marketing performance by focusing on data and generating insights (marketing intelligence). This allows them to achieve the highest possible value by designing, building and running omni-channel dialogues with the consumer. Through an intense one-week program, Oxyma shared cases and information on designing and building great omni-channel dialogues with the consumer. “They coached us on turning data into insights. And they showed us, through real cases, how to shape, tweak, tune and integrate marketing technology solutions to attain the best possible customer interactions”, shared Alvarez Arraiza.
